Acceptance

These Terms govern the purchase of digital tickets on the platform Drain. By completing the purchase, you declare that you have read and accept these Terms.

2. Role of the Drain and Organiser

To Drena sells tickets on behalf of third parties. O Organiser is solely responsible for the content, production, and execution of the event (schedule, line-up, access rules, security, changes, and cancellations).

3. Purchasing and delivery process

Prices, the coin and taxes shown at checkout may depending on the event's location and of the customer. After payment via WooPayments/Stripe, we will send the ticket by email (PDF/QR code).

4. Minimum age and identification

18+. The input may require Valid ID. Non-compliance implies refusal of access without a refund.

5. Ownership, use and resale

  • Tickets personal and non-transferable — resale is prohibited.
  • Store the QR code securely. If it is copied and used by third parties before you, we may not be able to readmit the holder.

6. Cancellations, postponements and refunds

No returns for change of mind. In case of cancellation Once the event has taken place, we will be able to partial refund in accordance with the Organiser's instructions; service charges are non-refundable. In postponements/amendments, the ticket remains valid for the new date; alternatives are at the Organiser’s discretion.

7. Conduct and safety rules

Access may be denied for security reasons, breach of venue rules, abusive behaviour or inability to prove age, with no right to a refund.

8. Payments, fraud and chargebacks

Payments processed by WooPayments/Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious fraudulent transactions and block Bills. Chargebacks unfounded ones may result in suspension of access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drena shall not be liable for (a) event cancellations/changes; (b) indirect costs (travel, accommodation); (c) loss of enjoyment of the event for personal reasons. Nothing limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by law of England and Wales. To consumers in the EU/EEA, the following still apply mandatory consumer protection rules of the respective country; these Terms do not restrict them.
