2. What we sell<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We sell digital tickets<\/strong> (PDF\/QR code sent by email) on behalf of third-party organisers<\/strong> (\u201cOrganiser\u201d). Drena acts as box office\/marketplace<\/strong>, and is not responsible for the production or realization of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Delivery of the ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The delivery is digital<\/strong> and it usually occurs immediately<\/strong> following payment confirmation. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam\/junk folder. Should you experience any difficulty, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Age and identification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over 18s only<\/strong>. The presentation of Valid ID<\/strong> may be required upon entry. Failure to comply implies refusal of access without a refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Transfer\/resale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A resale<\/strong> and a change of ownership<\/strong> of the ticket are not allowed<\/strong>. Tickets obtained through unauthorised channels may be invalid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Free cancellation (14 days) and exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although in certain online purchases there is a right of cancellation, tickets for events with a specific date\/time are exempt leisure services<\/strong>; therefore, we do not accept returns for change of mind<\/strong>. For digital content\/services started immediately, the customer may lose the right when they consent to immediate execution and acknowledge this loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
