Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contract execution:<\/strong> create account, process purchase, issue and send tickets, customer support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal obligation:<\/strong> anti-fraud prevention, accounting\/tax and compliance obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest:<\/strong> platform security, abuse prevention, service improvement (you may object where applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent:<\/strong> newsletters\/marketing (you can unsubscribe at any time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Sharing with suppliers (processors)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>WooPayments\/Stripe<\/strong> \u2014 payment processing and fraud prevention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mailchimp<\/strong> e <strong>Brevo (Sendinblue)<\/strong> - sending of marketing communications (with consent and opt-in record).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> \u2014 CDN \/ website security and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only use suppliers to the extent necessary and with appropriate data processing agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. International transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When data is transferred outside the UK\/EEA (e.g. US), we apply appropriate safeguards, such as <strong>Standard Contractual Clauses<\/strong> and, where applicable, the <strong>Data Privacy Framework<\/strong> \/ <strong>UK Extension<\/strong>. We keep a record of the suppliers and transfer mechanisms used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain the data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and for the applicable legal periods (e.g. accounting\/tax requirements). Once these periods have expired, we delete or anonymise it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
