1. Acceptance
These Terms govern the purchase of digital tickets on Drena. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Role of Drena & the Organiser
Drena sells on behalf of third‑party Organisers. The Organiser is solely responsible for event content, production and delivery (timings, line‑up, access rules, security, changes and cancellations).
3. Checkout, currency & delivery
Prices, currency and taxes shown at checkout may depend on event location and your billing details. After payment via WooPayments/Stripe we send your ticket by email (PDF/QR code).
4. Age & ID
18+. A valid photo ID may be required at entry. Failure to meet age/ID requirements may result in refused entry without refund.
5. Ticket use, transfer & resale
- Tickets are personal and non‑transferable; resale is prohibited.
- Keep your QR code secure. If someone uses a copy before you, re‑admission may not be possible.
6. Cancellations, changes & refunds
No change‑of‑mind refunds. For cancelled events, a partial refund may be issued per Organiser instructions; service fees are non‑refundable. For postponements/changes, tickets remain valid for the new date; alternatives (including refunds) depend on the Organiser.
7. Conduct & venue rules
Access may be denied for security reasons, breach of venue policies, abusive behaviour or failure to prove age/ID, without refund.
8. Payments, fraud & chargebacks
Payments are processed by WooPayments/Stripe. We may cancel suspected fraudulent transactions and block accounts. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of access.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drena is not liable for (a) cancellations/changes made by the Organiser; (b) indirect costs (travel, accommodation); (c) loss of enjoyment due to personal circumstances. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law & consumers in the EU/EEA
These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. EU/EEA consumers also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence; nothing here restricts those rights.
